Big disappointment, don’t trust pictures, look elsewhere.

We booked Terrace Pantheon Relais based on pictures on United Hotels pictures, unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The pictures are simply not showing the true situation. The room that we received was twice smaller than what could be seen on photos. The only space around queen size bed was enough to barely walk to the bed. That’s it. The pictures are simply a scam. To get to the room you have to use an elevator to the third floor that wasn’t working two days out of four we stayed. After the elevator we had to take a winding corridor with multiple turns and multiple steps up and down just to get to the room. People with claustrophobia - beware. Bedroom window is facing a tight courtyard with multiple loud AC units. There are mirrors everywhere to make you feel like you are not in a coffin but actually in a room… it doesn’t work well though. Oh yes, to get a hot water please prepare to open a faucet and wait 3-4 minutes… The stuff is completely ignorant to any complaint, so don’t bother. Not sure how that pathetic resemblance of a hotel got its rating… I guess there are ways.

We found this hotel in a hurry, having a very bad experience with the place we booked originally. The price for Roma is really valuable. The location is great: 2 steps from the Pantheon. The staff is really friendly and ready to help. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The plus is the rooftop terrace that we hadn't the chance to use because of the weather.

Fantastic stay - great location 2mins from the Pantheon. The check in and check out experience with Marco was seamless. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. With a smart TV, fridge, and a comfortable bed.

We had a faultless stay at the Terrace Pantheon. We went as a group of 8 (4 couples). The location is wonderful, the hotel is spotlessly clean with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. All the communal areas are beautifully decorated and smell wonderful. The roof top bar is a lovely added bonus. The thing that stands out the most about this hotel is the INCREDIBLE staff. Marco and his team were exceptional. Nothing is to much trouble and I can honestly say the staff are the happiest, kindest people, always ready to welcome you with a genuine greeting and smile any time of day. You really do get a five star service here. Thank you Marco & Team Pantheon you made our stay in Rome extra special, we will definitely return in the future.
